The first time I joined a meeting with Tamara, I immediately felt safe and lifted up. I can’t quite articular “how” it happened, but it did! And since then, it’s happened consistently each time I’ve been in conversation with Tamara. Through some sort of facilitative magic, she creates a safe space that is respectful, creative, and welcoming. Spending time with her is a treat, and I appreciate each opportunity to do so!
